In the spring of 2024, we invited a small group of ModestWorks collaborators to join us in Corsicana, Texas over the course of two weeks of artistic exploration and connection. Alongside our friends at the Corsicana Residency, participants were asked to leave their daily work behind to focus their time breathing in the small, historic Texas town, and to work on a small, personally-driven body of work.

Photographed in Bridgehampton, New York, on Long Island, Hunters & Jumpers is the first monograph by photographer Blair Getz Mezibov. The story documents the participants, both human and equine, of the prestigious Hampton Classic, a horse show held annually and dating back over one hundred years.
